    Cleveland is believed to be a pure breed Plott hound, he was found on the street and has been in current situation about 9 months. He takes time to build trust and is very anxious around new people. He is fearful when going though doors. Cleveland needs a home where he is able to run and expend his considerable energy. He is a beautiful animal and is smart. His main issue is trust and his bounding energy.

    Beautiful, friendly, and energetic rescue plott hound is looking for his forever home! We found him on the side of the highway about two weeks ago and we cannot understand who would leave such a sweetheart to fend for himself. Jackson is up to date with all of his shots and is heartworm negative and has started his flea and heartworm prevention. He is very healthy and only 11 months old, perfect for training! He loves to run and play and really deserves someone who is either extremely active or has a large backyard that he can run and play in, which we cannot provide. He has natural hunting instincts being a plott hound and would enjoy hunts ... (Read More)in the woods with his new owner. Jackson is great with other humans and dogs and is eager to be with you and enjoy life. We are hoping to find the perfect home for him since he really is an amazing dog with a great personality.
